The complete purchase, licensing, access, privacy-adjacent, and enforcement rules for the private clothing course.
These terms govern the Nitya Studios Clothing Course, its student portal, lessons, downloads, Discord-based access, and related community services. By purchasing, requesting, or using access, you agree to these terms with Nitya Studios as the course operator. If you do not agree, do not purchase or enter the course.
You must sign in with your own Discord account, have a verified Discord email, and hold the qualifying course role in an approved server. The role is checked again during use. Horizon Customs role holders also need an approved site access request; their role alone does not unlock lessons. Removing the role or ending your session stops access after the next check. Do not lend, sell, or share your account or session.
Horizon Customs students submit payment details, proof, a typed signature, and a terms confirmation to a reviewer before site access is approved. Before entering the lessons, you must affirm the current course terms for that sign-in session. A material policy update may require acceptance of a new version. The course privacy policy explains what is recorded when you sign in and watch.
The price and access duration shown in the applicable offer or checkout apply to your purchase. For Robux payments, the purchaser is responsible for applicable Roblox marketplace fees when the offer requires Nitya Studios to receive a stated net amount. USD payments must use an approved checkout or payment method. Course access may remain pending until payment and any required access review are complete. Keep your receipt or transaction details.
You may watch lessons and download available practice assets for your own personal educational use while authorized. Course videos, text, artwork, templates, and files remain owned by Nitya Studios or their stated rights holders. Buying access or receiving a role does not transfer copyright or grant redistribution rights.
Do not sell, share, trade, sublicense, give away, mirror, repost, record, or upload course access, Discord roles, credentials, lessons, videos, project files, templates, downloads, or other resources. Do not post public Drive or video links, share files with nonmembers, remove or hide watermarks, bypass access controls, scrape the portal, or use another person's login. You may use what you learn to make your own original work, subject to any separate license on a third-party asset.
Some lessons also require a separate password. That password is for authorized recipients and must not be shared. Downloadable files may be saved for practice but remain subject to these terms and any stated asset license. Access to ordinary course lessons does not automatically grant access to every special lesson.
Video playback shows a moving watermark with your Discord username and ID, verified email, session ID, full IP address observed by the site, and current viewing time. Lesson and download requests, terms acceptance, failed special-lesson unlock attempts, trusted-browser activity, and security network changes may be logged. One active session is allowed per account. A new browser may keep video access while asset downloads wait for staff approval. Use from a second recent IP address may also pause asset downloads, while use from more than two recent IP addresses may lock all course access. Staff may approve the connection or device, acknowledge bulk activity, or deny a review and revoke the affected session. Downloaded assets may have a personalized filename and unique trace ID linked to the account, session, device, IP, item, and time. Unusual volumes of video starts or downloads may create staff alerts and may be rate-limited. These measures deter leaks and aid review, but they cannot prevent screen recording, screen photography, renaming files, or every unauthorized copy.
We may suspend or revoke course access for verified sharing, account misuse, payment or role problems, attempts to bypass access controls, fraud, abuse, security risk, or other material violations. Restrictions may apply to a Discord account, verified email, known devices, and IP addresses, and may include removal from affiliated communities. They may remain in effect until reviewed and lifted, including permanently where permitted by law. A shared IP can affect other people on that connection. A restriction page may display a reason and case ID; email us with that ID to seek review.
Course sales are generally final after access has been provided because digital course materials become available immediately. Nitya Studios may correct clear billing or fulfillment errors, including a duplicate charge or a failure to provide purchased access. Before opening a payment dispute, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to review the issue. Fraudulent or abusive disputes after delivery may result in suspension or revocation of access. Nothing here removes a refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
All lessons, videos, designs, files, templates, written materials, branding, and course resources remain the intellectual property of Nitya Studios or their identified licensors. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership. Unless a resource includes a separate license, you may use the skills you learn to create original work, but you may not resell or redistribute the supplied course materials themselves.
We may update, reorder, replace, or remove lessons and assets, and pause delivery for maintenance or security. Lessons are educational; we do not guarantee a particular skill, income, job, or commercial result. External software and services referenced in lessons can change and have their own rules.
Discord may be used to authenticate your identity and verify course roles. You are responsible for securing your account and credentials. Roblox, Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, video delivery services, and other third parties operate under their own terms and may experience outages, policy changes, or account actions outside our control. Nitya Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability when a third-party issue is outside its control.
The course is supplied as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitya Studios' total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific course purchase giving rise to that claim. Nitya Studios is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party disputes, platform actions, account penalties, or losses caused by a student's failure to keep permitted backups. This does not remove rights that law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update the course or these terms as the service changes. Material changes apply from the published effective date and do not retroactively replace rights granted under a separately signed agreement. For access, billing, or policy questions, email orders@nitya.xyz.
