Detailed rules for private lessons, downloads, account security, watermarks, and restrictions.
You must sign in with your own Discord account, have a verified Discord email, and hold the qualifying course role in an approved server. The role is checked again during use. Horizon Customs role holders also need an approved site access request; their role alone does not unlock lessons. Removing the role or ending your session stops access after the next check. Do not lend, sell, or share your account or session.
Horizon Customs students submit payment details, proof, a typed signature, and a terms confirmation to a reviewer before site access is approved. Before entering the lessons, you must affirm the current course terms for that sign-in session. If you do not agree, do not enter. A material policy update may require you to accept a new version again. The course privacy policy explains what is recorded when you sign in and watch.
You may watch lessons and download available practice assets for your own personal educational use while authorized. Course videos, text, artwork, templates, and files remain owned by Nitya Studios or their stated rights holders. Buying access or receiving a role does not transfer copyright or grant redistribution rights.
Do not post public Drive or video links, rehost or resell lessons, share course files with nonmembers, publish copies or recordings, remove watermarks, bypass access controls, scrape the course, or use another person's login or password. You may use what you learn to make your own original work, subject to any separate license on a third-party asset.
Some lessons also require a separate password. That password is for authorized recipients and must not be shared. Downloadable files may be saved for practice but remain subject to these terms and any stated asset license. Access to ordinary course lessons does not automatically grant access to every special lesson.
Video playback shows a moving watermark with your Discord username and ID, verified email, session ID, full IP address observed by the site, and current viewing time. Lesson and download requests, terms acceptance, failed special-lesson unlock attempts, trusted-browser activity, and security network changes may be logged. One active session is allowed per account. A new browser may keep video access while asset downloads wait for staff approval. Use from a second recent IP address may also pause asset downloads, while use from more than two recent IP addresses may lock all course access. Staff may approve the connection or device, acknowledge bulk activity, or deny a review and revoke the affected session. Downloaded assets may have a personalized filename and unique trace ID linked to the account, session, device, IP, item, and time. Unusual volumes of video starts or downloads may create staff alerts and may be rate-limited. These measures deter leaks and aid review, but they cannot prevent screen recording, screen photography, renaming files, or every unauthorized copy.
We may suspend or revoke course access for suspected sharing, account misuse, payment or role problems, security risk, or other material violations. Restrictions can apply to a Discord account, verified email, and known IP addresses. They may remain in effect until reviewed and lifted, including permanently. A shared IP can affect other people on that connection. A restriction page may display a reason and case ID; email us with that ID to seek review. We may correct a mistake or lift a restriction after review.
These terms govern use of the course once access is granted. Any price, payment, refund, cancellation, or access duration promised when you bought the course is governed by the offer and checkout terms presented for that purchase. The main Studio refund policy covers Studio services and should not be assumed to govern this separate course. Contact us with a receipt if you need a purchase review.
We may update, reorder, replace, or remove lessons and assets, and pause delivery for maintenance or security. Lessons are educational; we do not guarantee a particular skill, income, job, or commercial result. External software and services referenced in lessons can change and have their own rules.
The course is supplied as available. To the extent allowed by law, Nitya Studios is not responsible for losses from service interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on examples.
