Before work begins

If a project has not started, a refund request can be reviewed based on any planning, booking, or payment-processing costs already incurred.

Once work has started

Website design and development are customized services. Payments for completed work, approved designs, delivered revisions, purchased third-party items, and work already in progress are generally non-refundable.

Project concerns

If something is not aligned with the agreed scope, contact Nitya Studios promptly. The first step is always to review the concern and work toward a reasonable correction within the included revision process.

Maintenance and subscriptions

Monthly hosting maintenance may be cancelled before the next billing period. Domain purchases, third-party subscriptions, and paid software are purchased separately and follow the provider’s own refund terms.
