Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Nitya Studios website, studio inquiries, projects, and client or staff workspaces. The free course and private clothing course have separate policies linked in their own footers. A written client agreement may add project-specific details.

Information you provide

For an inquiry or project, we may receive your name, email, business, website, budget, schedule, goals, messages, files, content, feedback, approvals, and billing details. Please avoid sending sensitive information we have not asked for.

If you use a project portal, we may also hold your account identity, assigned role, project tasks, messages, uploads, and activity times to coordinate work and protect access.

Technical and security data

Our site and hosting systems may receive IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, approximate location from your connection, request times, cookies or session identifiers, and error or security logs. We use these to run the site, keep sessions working, diagnose problems, and investigate abuse.

Payments and outside providers

A payment provider may process your card or other payment method under its own privacy terms. We may receive payment status, transaction references, and billing details needed for accounting; we do not need your full card number to manage a project. Hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, storage, and domain providers may process information needed to provide their services.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support agreed work, administer workspaces and payments, send service messages, meet legal duties, and protect our systems. We do not sell personal information for money. Private project materials are not made public without an appropriate basis or permission.

Who may receive it

Authorized Nitya Studios staff and contractors may access information needed for their work. We may share limited data with service providers, a client's chosen providers where a project requires it, or authorities where law requires disclosure or protection of rights and safety makes it necessary. Independent providers have their own terms.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry, project, payment, and security records as reasonably needed to deliver services, manage the relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties. Retention varies by system. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

Email orders@nitya.xyz to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. We may verify your identity and retain information required for contracts, security, accounting, or law. Optional details need not be included in an inquiry, but we need basic contact and project information to respond.

Links, children, and updates

External sites linked from ours have their own privacy practices. Our studio services are intended for people authorized to inquire or contract for a project. We may revise this policy as services or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
