Services and scope

Nitya Studios provides website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services. Each project’s exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, brand assets, access to required accounts, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.

Payments and ownership

Project payment terms are confirmed before work starts. Final website files and deliverables transfer after all agreed invoices are paid. Third-party services, hosting, domains, fonts, plugins, and software may have separate terms and costs.

Changes and revisions

Packages include the stated revision rounds. Requests outside the approved scope, additional pages, or extra revision rounds may be quoted separately before work continues.

Warranty and liability

Nitya Studios works to deliver a functional, responsive website at launch. No guarantee is made for results from search engines, advertising, third-party platforms, or future browser changes. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
